Legendz Consulting LLC is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or placement agent. We provide strategic advisory services only. Engagement fees, where applicable, are for advisory work and not for the offer or sale of securities.
3. No warranty
Site content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind. Track-record statistics are unaudited and reflect engagements completed under a range of mandates and conditions; past results are not indicative of future outcomes.
4. Confidentiality
Information you submit through the contact form is treated as confidential under the standards we apply to prospective engagements. Engagement-level confidentiality is governed by the executed engagement letter once signed.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction set in your engagement letter, or, absent one, the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
